Isn’t the whole point of delegating regulatory power to the executive to reduce the burden on the legislature?
Many regulations are made, and often very small changes are made to them, often requiring specific expert opinion and advice.
If you’re going to require legislative approval for each change to a regulation, why not instead propose the revoking of regulatory power completely?
