Haha! Interesting read.
My mind had gone off on one of these scenario strolls the day Elon Musk had brought Neuralink to news. Once the machine-brain interface is in place, what if someone takes it a step (or a few) forward and makes thoughts readable? Humans would lose the ‘layer’ we have over all our thoughts, (the layer that helps us present to others only what we think is presentable), in other words, humans would lose their personalities. The person that has access to everyone’s thoughts is practically a God, or the Earth’s CEO, if you may. The biggest business is yet to be created, and who knows who the founder is. Went too far, didn’t I?
