I am recent customer of Drift and I am loving it so far. I decided to use Drift because I found your pricing deeply connected with the value we will extract from it. The night I went back home after Drift integration on our site went live (check here: https://justcall.io), whole team was excited because now we had a 24X7 touchpoint with site visitors.
