a. RCC RWH structure (conventional System)

Here, a RCC structure is made for rainwater harvesting system purpose, using conventional/old method for water retention, in this system effective volume for water storage is less as compare to gross volume of entire structure, its takes almost 15–20 days minimum for construction of one pit. This type of system is outdated and government / private parties expends too much funds on cleaning of this tedious structure every year after construction. It doesn’t have any efficient system of water filtration reason why this system fails to work. INCASE OF MODULAR RWH SYSTEM:-

rainwater harvesting system

Providing and executing modular harvesting pit of recycled polypropylene material with crush load capacity of 20–25 tons per square metre and load bearing strength of 40 tons. The pit shall be wrapped with geotextile fabric material to prevent soil insertion and effective insertion of surrounding water. The Geotextile material shall be UV resistant and conforming to ASTM 154/EN 12224.he cost shall be inclusive of all necessary excavation in all kind of soils, refilling and disposal of surplus earth with in the site or away from site as directed with out any extra cost including required nos. 750 x 750 mm, Medium Duty , Weight : 125 kg, Ductile Iron cover with frame for Filter chamber. (All sizes are clear internal sizes). Depth shall be as per actual site condition and invert level.

In-case OF CONVENTIONAL RWH :-

Providing and constructing mansonary de-silting chamber 2000mm x 1200mm with required depth inside with 75 class designated brick work in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand) with C.I double seal medium duty 600mm x 600mm manhole cover top slab 1:2:4 mix (1cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with minimum 1.5% reinforcement, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1cement : 5 fine sand:10 grade stone aggregate 20mm nominal size including baffle wall, necessary excavation, back filling and disposal of surface earth. Complete with inlet, outlet and overflow arrangement. Foot rest @400mm c/c, grating of required size with 16mm sq. bars and frame @20mm clear spacing fixed at month of pipe as per site conditions and direction of Engineer incharge.

InCase of INRAIN Rainwater Harvesting

Earth work excavation with JCB/ excavators in all type of soil and with a lift up to 2 meters. Sand for base & top work. Stone Chips for base. Dressing & Compaction. Soil disposal- disposal of extracted soil from the site to inside the boundary walls of the building up to a maximum distance of 0.5 KM. Permission will be provided by client. Geo textile Non Woven (400 GSM):- To avoid invasion of soil, provide stability to the tank, and improve quality of water within the tank with tensile strength. Supply of Tank modules (Honeycomb design on each plate) made up of recycled polypropylene. These modules are made from combination of large and small plates. roof top rainwater harvesting system Each large plate should have atleast required locking slots inorder to give stability to tank. These tank should have optimum connection & block stability using double lock stability. Backfilling of the area constructed in and around after compacting them properly. [L-19mxW-2MxD-1.7m]

b. Brick masonry RWH structure (conventional System)

This structure is also old method and have same problem as it happens in RCC structure. This also fails to work because of methodology used in it.

c. RCC Ring based RWH.

This system is not appropriate from Indian hydrological condition due to its physical design, however this is cheapest RWH structure but it is unsuccessful design wherever installed. Its no 100 micron filtering device , no water retention volume in etc. Providing and constructing mansonary de-silting chamber 2000mm x 1200mm with required depth inside with 75 class designated brick work in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand) with C.I double seal medium duty 600mm x 600mm manhole cover top slab 1:2:4 mix (1cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with minimum 1.5% reinforcement, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1cement : 5 fine sand:10 grade stone aggregate 20mm nominal size including baffle wall, necessary excavation, back filling and disposal of surface earth. Complete with inlet, outlet and overflow arrangement. Foot rest @400mm c/c, grating of required size with 16mm sq.bars and frame @20mm clear spacing fixed at month of pipe as per site conditions and direction of Engineer in charge

d. New Generation / Recycle Polymer based Modular Rainwater Harvesting

It is indeed different from Conventional Rain Water harvesting Systems where we used to make civil pits with bricks and walls. A few benefits of our Scientific Rain Water Harvesting systems are highlighted as below:

No Civil work is required to make this kind of Rainwater Harvesting Pit, but same dead/defunct or anyother kind of existing tube well can be used for recharging the ground water table in over water exploited zone, this will not only revive the deal bore well but also help in maintaining ground water table from further going down.

stackable Modules of Co-polymer are quick to arrange and the same turns into a Rain Water Holding Tank below the Ground within no time as compared to huge amount of time, effort & costs taken in making Civil Pit. Supply of FRP Filter having SS 304 mesh bracket with dia 750mm and height 1000mm capable of removing particles from infllow water. FRP filter should be Griha certified under criterions 21& 18 and SVAGRIHA criterion 9. Certificate should be valid on date of installation,Drilling percolation borehole 150 mm dia with reverse rotary method in all types of soil upto 40mm depty including cost for mobilization of rig and making good the area upon completion of work. Contractor shall arrange for all necessary tools, water and consumable and laying for drilling.
