Louis, the ACA was created by Republicans, but as soon as Obama wanted it passed, Republicans turned their backs on it. Then they spent about $60,000,000 of taxpayer money trying to repeal it. In the eight years Republicans have railed against the ACA, they have never come up with a replacement.
