Family is everything. That is what one of my family member said while we were reminiscing in the wee hours in the morning after a long drive into Pennsylvania. I haven’t seen him since his mother’s death since we were teenagers. We lost contact for thirty years. Now, in our AARP age, God has allowed him and his sibling to connect with me and my siblings. Family, family, family. Something we long for after we have aged and realize the desire to belong to a group shows us that someone cares.

I have to admit we are all connected if you open your spirit; see the people in your daily life and realize it’s not just the bloodline that makes you family it’s the LOVE.
