Communication

  1. Sharing Information — Talk about the weather, their clothes, compliment them. “Hallway Talk”.
  2. Building Understanding — Sharing with customer’s facts about the product. What it is made from, where it is made or how it works.
  3. Identifying Implications — Sharing opinions, what makes them tic, often a difference of opinion will create deeper intimacy.
  4. Gaining Commitment — This is where you connect emotionally with your customer’s it is here they feel a sense of commitment to you and your brand.
  5. Altering Behaviour — Truth talk. In love. This is where your opinion matters to your customer, where you have won them over, not just for this sale, but also for life.
