After surveying and interviewing parents, here is what we understood:
The solution should not only be adequate but highly accurate, exhaustive, easy to use, and trustworthy.
Trudy works on a threefold concept of Completeness, Intelligence, and Action — based on full parental control.
Completeness
Trudy inspects all installed applications, browsing activity, contacts, online interactions, messages and chats, emails, images, games, and social media. For interactions which are not monitored, trudy is very transparent in reporting them.
Trudy even reports the time your children spend on a particular application.
We keep an eye out for any new application or website being launched in the space of social interaction and enhance Trudy to handle its nuances.

Intelligence
Trudy is trained on tonnes of data and harnesses artificial intelligence. Using historical knowledge, Trudy will identify any dangerous content.
Trudy does sentiment analysis (uses natural language processing, biometrics, computational linguistics and text analysis) of the messages your child receives or sends.
With a combination of artificial intelligence and sentiment analysis — Trudy flags all content such as sexts, inappropriate messages and images, threats, and any other form of dangerous or inappropriate sharing.
Trudy is not-only-smart but intelligent.
Action
We believe in taking immediate action when it comes to cyberbullying.
You are immediately alerted with the exact content that was identified to be an issue.
When dangerous content is flagged, Trudy enables you to take action such as escalating an issue to another application, contacting parents, schools, and even authorities.
We work with experts to guide you on what action to take after an issue is identified.
You can also connect with other parents in the Trudy community to understand what worked out for them.
We put you back in control.
