KPIs help organizations track their progress, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and make informed decisions to improve their outcomes.

Building the KPI card for Maximum Sales

We will be making this KPI card:

To calculate First 6 Months Max Sales, we first need a calendar table. This is because the KPI in question requires Time Intelligence functions or dates. Power BI mandates the creation and use of a calendar table whenever we use Time Intelligence functions or dates.
