Instant 3.0: Google Analytics for your life

Instant 3.0: Track your life automatically on a dashboard

We have been tracking page views, audience demographics, user growth, retention on apps, web services & other tech products over the last decade. The data has helped to learn & improve these products. Now with personal analytics, people can track their lives to make them better.

Instant 3.0 comes with weekly reports

Instant is a seamless & automatic lifelogging app that tracks your daily activities and puts it on a dashboard. Instant tracks the time spent on your phone, travelling, at places, while sleeping & on fitness activities. But the data isn’t enough. Based on feedback from our users & other Quantified Self enthusiasts we have added weekly reports that lets you understand your data. These reports provide you with actionable insights based on this data. We also have integrated automatic sleep tracking based on activity, major user experience upgrades & much more in Instant 3.0.

We aim to make personal analytics accessible to even a simple smart phone user. Instant just needs to be running in the background and it will track you based on your phone sensors. Instant needs nothing more from you- no wearables, no manual entries & no more additional apps.

Instant keeps all the user data private on the phone itself which can be cleared at anytime. We have also kept the impact on the battery life minimal to make it practical to use throughout the day.

Instant 3.0 is launching on Wednesday, 17th February 2016! You can contact me on shashwat@emberify.com for questions, feedback or anything else. We are now also licensing our tracking technology and expanding in the enterprise side . For more about Instant, you can visit: http://instantapp.today. You can find our press kit here.
