Great article, Eva!
Building a business with customer success at the core also has a ripple effect and influences all the other teams. Sales knows CS shares many of their goals. Marketing knows CS actually cares about the long-term (not just number of tickets and time to close). Finance can look at CS metrics as they relate to account growth and justify ROI.
I was hoping this would conclude with Hubspot launching a new “Customer Success” layer to the growth stack :)
