Episode 1, 2, and 3 recap: Norm and Norm are worms and also best friends. When the apple they live in gets plucked from its tree, carried indoors, and carved into a pipe for smoking, they’re left dazed, confused, and very very lost.

Now inside a sketchy home, the worms set out on a dingy table top toward a scattering of cheesy orange puffs. There they meet a gang of house flies intent on exploiting them for gain.

Under control of Donny, the fattest fly, the worms devise a plan to escape. Then, a mysterious group of insects come upon the group and inject themselves in the scene.
