It’s back. Following our wondrous run in March of this year (see highlights above) that saw thousands entertained by an ever-changing cast of talented performers, in just two weeks time — from Oct 4th to 8th — Letters Live will be returning to the stunning Freemasons’ Hall in London for another week of dazzling shows. It’s three years since the first event took place; since then we’ve welcomed hundreds of amazing readers onto various stages to bring to life letters of every conceivable flavour, and the shows just go from strength to strength. Indeed, I am in no doubt that these will be the best we’ve ever put on.
As always, we like to keep a lid on individual line-ups to inject an extra dose of excitement into each evening, but today we’re releasing a batch of names to whet the appetite and give a taste of what is to come. Joining us will be…
Gillian Anderson, Matt Berry, Sanjeev Bhaskar, John Bishop, Louise Brealey, Edith Bowman, Jarvis Cocker, Lily Cole, Julian Clary, Jamie Cullum, Sophie Dahl, Simon Day, Omid Djalili, Mariella Frostrup, Toby Jones, Miriam Margolyes, Michael Palin, Nicholas Parsons, Robert Rinder, Colin Salmon and Juliet Stevenson
And remember, this is just a snapshot. There will be many more magnificent performers gracing the stage during the 5-night run — some of whom will be unannounced — and there will of course be beautiful music. We will also be continuing to support three immeasurably important charities: Ministry of Stories, First Story and Help Refugees. Long story short: you have no choice but to come along.
Head over to Ticketmaster right now to book a seat.
See you soon,
(and absolutely everyone else at Letters Live)
P. S. The Letters of Note paperback comes out during this run. If I see you at one of these events without a copy on your person, we’re through. Finished.
