Through the Eyes of Faith

Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see.Faith is trusting what the eye cannot see. (Hebrews 11.1)

To truly see with faith eyes, you have to see past the things of this world and into the things not seen.

Eyes see a prowling lion, Faith sees Daniel’s angel. (Daniel 6:22)
Eyes see a storm, Faith sees Noah’s rainbow. (Genesis 9:11)
Eyes see giants in the land, Faith sees Canaan the Promise land. (Numbers 33:51–55)

**excerpt from Max Lucado Grace For the Moment

Our eyes see our faults, Faith sees our savior. (Hebrews 10:19–22)
Our eyes see our guilt and condemnation, Faith sees the blood of Jesus covering our sins. (1 John 1:7)
Our eyes see our sins, Faith sees our sins blotted out and remembered no more. (Issiah 43:25)

Rejoice!

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1)

What do you see with your eyes — and more importantly — what does Faith see?
