Paper Alchemy
Jonathan Carroll

With my eyes, the thrill of pages and bright, heavy stock covers has become mere memory. There were a few years where reading was painful, a slow torture endured for the love of story. Though I’d truly prefer the feel, the smell and subtle sound of books, without the Kindle I wouldn’t be able to read at all now, just as without a 32" TV as my monitor, I wouldn’t be able to respond to this post.
You are right, though, the book is magic — still, the story is what causes the transmutation of the world.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?
