Hear you loud and clear and agree. But catastrophic failures are impossible to prevent 100% of the time. A few are going to catch you in the lifetime of your business.
New York City lost power — an entire metropolis serving 9 million people several times, 1965, 1977, 2003, 2011, and 2012, and it will happen again. I witnessed those last three failures personally.
Can Delta do more? Sure, but they are a private company, not a utility, and hence they will invest as much as they should to keep the lights on, but not more than Georgia Power does.
