Thank you for this article. It could not have come at a more perfect time (for me at least.) I run product at an early stage startup in the EdTech space and, no kidding, one week ago I started pitching a new product vision that includes a conversational UI component. So thank you for (hopefully) making my job a little easier. I totally agree that this is where things are headed.
