Re-education camp in Kashgar. 喀什市教育转化学校。

This camp is located near Kashgar’s detention center 看守所. Every major building inside the compound is surrounded by barbed wire fence. There are watchtowers in the four corners. We can also see the watchtowers from the photos from the street.

I find this re-education through a house expropriation notice, which suggests there is a reeducation camp in 央布拉克, which is the №11 village of 多来特巴格. The notice was posted on April 4, 2017. The construction began around May 8, 2017 (left), Sep 19, 2017, the construction was almost completed (right)
