This was Shule Secondary Vocational School 疏勒县中等职业技术学校. But now half of the campus is for re-education.
News early 2018 says 1000 people are in this facility to receive educational training. "Fully closed and militarized" 全封闭军事化 training.

The news says the training last 3 months. But government also issued an order that "incompetent" people will be sent back to camps until they satisfy requirements.
We can close look at this facility. The wired fences were set up around October or November 2017 to separate reeducation camp with rest of campus. (right: after alteration; left: before alteration)
