This government tender notice suggests there is a reeducation camp in 阳光锦苑 community.
The yellow circled place is 阳光锦苑, the red circled is reeducation camp.
Two years ago, this place was a part of apartment complex.
In 2017, walls, barbed wire fences, watch towers began to appear.
From the shadows, we can easily find that this structure below is a watchtower
We can also see these barbed wire fences.
The blue roofed sheds are usually supporting facilities like kitchen, dining hall, laundry room, medical room, etc.
