This government tender notice suggests several places are transformed into re-education camps, including former Bureau of Food (伊宁县粮食局), Communist Party School 伊宁县党校, Vocational School 伊宁县职业高中, 电子产业园, 北山坡培训基地, former Traditional Medicine Hospital老中医医院, etc.

The satellite image above is Yining Vocational School. We can compare images in 2017 (left) and 2018 (right)

We can see new blue roof sheds are built on the playground. They are probably dorms for inmates. If we zoom in, we can see the razor wire fences around the sheds.

The north part of the school is also transformed. (2017 left, 2018 right)
