RFA news suggests there is a camp in Yangaq Plaza 核桃林, 10 km from Wensu downtown. From the satellite image, we can clearly see the extensive use of razor wire fences inside the compound.
This area below is 核桃林场, red circle is the reeducation camp.
In the RFA report, it says 10,000 people are detained in this camp. From my personal perspective, the camp (no. 2 red rectangle) alone is unlikely able to detain so many people. But there are a detention center (no.1 red rectangle) and possible expansion nearby (no. 3 red rectangle). I think these detention facility together can possibly detain 10,000 people.
This RFA news also mentions several other places. A Wensu local helped me identified №2 Middle School camp.

The compound inside yellow lines is №2 Middle School. The buildings inside red lines is the re-education camp. Here is a closer look at the buildings. we can see razor wire fences.
According to this Wensu local, №2 Middle School plans to enroll many students from rural areas. So school builds new student dorms. But Wensu is very close to Aksu. For many rural families, Aksu schools are a better choice because they has better quality and are more close to their home. So these newly built student dorms remain empty. Then government turns these empty dorms into re-education camps.
