Artux government published an environment evaluation report about this camp. It reveals a lot of details about this camp, including its location, size, even possible detention capacity (the camp kitchen can serve 8460 people). This is the most detailed camp document I have found.
The facility in the upper part of the pictures is “neighborhood center” camp, which can be found here. The newly built camp in the lower part of the picture has much higher security measures. It looks very much like a formal prison. It has several layers of razor wire fences. The military police building is connected to the walls and watchtowers of the camp through a bridge.
