Yarkant uses a decentralized camp system, which comprises at least 4 Communist Party Schools and 5 National Education Schools across the county. Here are 5 national education schools:

camp 43:

This tender notice says there is a national education school (国民教育学校) (the red circle in the image below) in Qia’erbage township’s (恰尔巴格乡) Guzha village (古扎村) (red location mark below).

We can find very similar buildings in Wudalike township. I think it is very likely the 点训学校 referred in the tender notice below

Brief Summary:

Yarkant’s reeducation camp system is de-centralized. Every major township has one small to medium sized camp. Some are transformed from former CCP schools, for example this one. Others are newly built ones. We can put all these camps in Yarkant together. They look very similar. I think they are from same blueprint. The main gray buildings look like letter “H”. They are probably dorms and teaching facilities. There are also many red roofed sheds adjacent to these gray H buildings. They are probably factories.
