Re-education camp in Qapqal. 察布查尔县再教育集中营（第三中学）43.839905, 81.164962

This news suggests Qapqal Xibe county 3rd Middle School was repurposed into a re-education camp. Reporter took pictures of this camp from street.

Satellite image confirms there are significant changes in the school. The left picture is Sep. 19, 2017, the right is Aug. 22, 2018. New buildings appear in the north part of the campus. We can also see the new walls surrounding the campus. They are reinforced and much higher than the original ones.

If we zoom in, (the red rectangle area in the image above), we can see the razor fences.
