A tender notice says Fukang City Public Security Bureau’s Police Training Center (vocational skill education training center) is built to the south of 500 reservoir aqueduct, the west of military police unit.

In the image below, the dark blue line is the aqueduct, the red rectangle place is the military police unit, which serves the detention center.
