A government tender notice says a “education training center” is in the cross street of a community named 欣明南国城.

This complex opposite to 欣明南国城 is a Hotan Vocational School. Many vocational school in Xinjiang was turned into re-education camps. (I will probably talk about this later).

This place is not heavily guarded as other newly built camps. But we can still find the barbed wire fences

Another piece of evidence is company registration record. A baked bun restaurant is registered at Hotan’s vocational skill education training center (vocational high school)
