CCTV 焦点访谈 aired a report on Hotan’s vocational skills education center. Although most scenes are shot indoors, we can see one building’s exterior.

We can match it with this building below from the satellite:

The blue circle is the building appeared in CCTV. The red line is the dorms and teaching buildings. The yellow line is the factories or so called training & practice center.

This building appeared in CCTV is more likely an admin building because all other buildings in this camp is surrounded by barbed wire fences. For example, this one:

The pink object in the red circle is likely a security check or watchtower (3–4 meter tall). We can see similar pink objects near other buildings in the camp

CCTV also claims “trainee” can have a private apartment. It is probably in one of these two buildings. I think these two apartment buildings in fact are more likely for camp staff like “teachers” and security guards.

This CCTV report also mentioned a clothing factory employed “trainees” “graduated” from the camp: Hotan Taida Clothing Co.

This factory probably has cooperations with this American company.

The marketing director of Badger Sport probably appeared in a TV report about Hotan Taida Clothing Co.
