My Shaw mobile app is a convenient way to chat with support, pay your bills, and manage your Shaw products. With the My Shaw app, you have access to all of your Shaw account information. With this application, users can access the login portal of webmail alternatively they can use this access login portal directly by visiting my shaw website.

Functions

  • Using your Network access permissions, the My Shaw app will:
  • View connection information and see available Wi-Fi connections to enable the app to connect to the Wi-Fi network;
  • Detect the network state, read the device status, detect running apps, view app history and identity to implement network preference.
  • Using your Notifications permission, the My Shaw app will: Send relevant push notifications
  • Using your device’s fingerprint scanner, and facial recognition the My Shaw app will: Link your fingerprint profile to your Shaw account via the app for authentication purposes
  • Using your first name and postal code, the My Shaw app will: Send you to push notifications
  • Submitting a payment extension request, the My Shaw app will: Send you an email confirmation to configure email services.

If you’re having trouble using the My Shaw app to manage your Shaw account, or if your most recent account data isn’t displaying, here are three things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Sign out of the app and sign in again.
  • Sign into https://my.shaw.ca and change your password, then sign into the app again.
  • Delete the app and download it again.

Sign in with your ID

To sign into the app, you will need your ID and password. If you don’t have a Shaw ID, you can create one by tapping the Create ID link on the sign-in screen.
