Koalas and the Zen of Showing Up
Matt Belair reminds us to keep it simple
“Living in a Koala habitat.” That was the response Matt Belair gave me when I asked him what his most woo-woo experience was. That may be the best (and wildest!) response I’ve gotten to date! (If you want to hear him describe what the experience meant to him and how it was a necessary adventure, tune into the episode.)
Matt Belair, author, speaker, podcast host, and conscious thought leader, is absolutely phenomenal. His goal in life is to help others on their path to greatness, to help people realize that the principles to living a great life aren’t complicated, but that you just have to do them. And he’s right.
As humans, we have a natural tendency to want to do something/get something and go on the most convoluted path to getting there. Why do we make things so much harder than we need to? Why don’t we just set our intention, decide on a path, and trust the process?
Here is what Matt suggests:
But most importantly — SHOW UP.
This is one of his many messages to the world. He encourages people to figure out what they want to do and just do it. You don’t have to go to Tibet to meditate with monks like he did or become a martial arts master like he is. Rather, Matt wants to help you get to the next level of your life simply and on your terms.
Are you ready for that? Are you ready to learn how to control your conscious state? Are you ready to go deep and intergalactic in ways you’ve never experienced?
