2020 is confronting to us in a whole lot of ways. And just like photos taken on film cameras, they start as negatives in a dark room and eventually will shine bright once they are developed. Here's to making changes for the most positive outcome. To eliminating discrimination in every form. Globally.

It has been on my mind ever since I can remember. Why is there so little time when it comes to debating subjects like discrimination and racism in schools and at work? Gladly a lot of social initiatives have been launched this year to make this issue top of mind again. Based on recent experiences in the work field, here are some reminders for staying woke in these turbulent times. Whatever industry you’re in.

Look around you. What are the things that need to be shifted, that could help with being more inclusive? What's the culture like in school or at work? Regocnize. Check twice. Share toughts. Have open conversations and remain an open mind. Let it rest if needed. Come back to it later. Just never let it pass. Not like the world let it pass before we hit 2020.
