Do Englishers Ever Fall in Love With the Amish?
It can and does happen, though not very often!
Samantha Price is my newest favorite author. I am deep into her latest series, Expectant Amish Widows, and every book is just as good as the last. I went away on vacation and have read multiple ones in just a few days!
One of them was book eleven, Amish Widow’s Escape. In it, we meet Bridget. She is an Englisher looking for a place to hide while she deals with the sudden death of her husband. Then, she realizes that she is pregnant, and she is even more unsure about what to do next.
While Bridget is spending time with the Amish, she meets an Amish bachelor, and she finds herself looking at him in a different life. Her first marriage was good, but she married a good friend. She swears that she won’t marry for anything less than love this time around.
She has a big decision to make. If she falls for an Amish man, she will have to become Amish. She has to decide if that is worth it.
