Diversity in Business: A Hockey Mom’s Point of View
Jody Grunden

Sad that your child had to experience that. We’ve had similar experiences in Indiana. When will “they” get it like the rest of the world? Everyone matters and should be given a fair shot not matter what they “look like”. To know that the political horizon has a VP candidate from Indiana, quite frankly, scares me! Then again, these are the same people who put the Religious Freedom Restoration Act into play. Makes you wonder. Congratulations to your daughter for a job well done. It was that school’s loss all along but great that you voted with your feet! Only when people stand together (get on their feet and challenge the status quo) will the backwoods mentality change.
