Stop Motion for Kids — 2014 Miami International Children’s Film Festival

This weekend, I got to lead two stop-motion animation workshops at the Miami International Children’s Film Festival, hosted by Coral Gables Art Cinema. Over 40 kids created characters and sets from their own imaginations using magazine cut outs, construction paper, yarn, pipe cleaners, and more crafty materials. Afterward, we shared the movies with each other on a big screen projector!
