With the countertop fryer, you can fry all kinds of fried foods effortlessly! Do you still fry food the traditional way? Whether it will cause a squirt of hot oil to burn you. Did you fry the food multiple times? Then using a countertop fryer can solve these problems.

Countertop Fryers:

Fried food makes your heart beat faster. There is so much hot oil. There’s steam and splashes. It smells greasy, and even the best fryers have at least some confusion.
However, frying creates foods that other cooking methods cannot (sorry Air Fryer). Jalapenos, crispy spring rolls, donuts, fried chicken, french fries, and onion rings barely scratch the surface you can make.

Even if you don’t fry often, an electric deep fryer can come in handy more often than you think. Stovetop frying can be tricky and stressful — frying oil has a hard time maintaining a consistent temperature and it’s easy to choose a pan that’s too shallow to avoid splattering. The fryer automatically adjusts the temperature, controls the mess, and offers maximum convenience when adding or removing food in oil.

Most hot air fryers are identical. The spiral heating element is located in the cooking chamber filled with oil, the mesh basket is used to hold the food and the control panel offers various temperature settings. More advanced fryers offer additional options like timers, presets for different types of food, and designs that are actually easy to clean (or at least as easy as handling a few quarts of oil).

Best Fryer Overall: LINKRICH Benchtop Fryer:

Of all the fryers we tested, Linkrich’s 4-quart CDF-200P1 ticked the most boxes. It’s easy to assemble and disassemble, comes with a dishwasher-safe fryer, frying basket, and lid (essential for something this greasy and messy), and has an easy-to-use control panel with a timer that runs up to 30 minutes. The countertop fryer weighs less than 13 pounds, features cool-touch side handles, is easy to move when empty, and can be sensibly stored in those places in the kitchen where you least touch it, such as the countertop. B. in the refrigerator or in a tall cupboard stove. The adjustable thermostat ranges from 175°F to 400°F and has a thermostat overload protection that shuts it off if it overheats. The range of the thermostat is wider than most fryers and low enough that you can lock it in if you need to.

The actual cooking process is nice too. The Thel Unkrich’s large capacity — up to 2.3 pounds of groceries — is large enough for multiple servings of fries, as well as a full pack of chicken wings or a full load of french fries. If you have a large family or need to fry a lot of appetizers for a large dinner party, this is the deep fryer for you.

When it comes to oil handling, the LINKRICH lacks the fancy filtration systems that some of the other machines we tested have, but the fryer does have a set-back corner that doubles as a sink. The instruction manual recommends filtering the used oil through a cheesecloth-lined strainer, but we found the coffee filter did a good job. Dishwasher-safe parts (basket, oil container, and lid) can simply be placed in the dishwasher after emptying.

What we don’t like about it:

This is a large fryer that will take up a lot of storage space in your kitchen. If you don’t need a large capacity or have limited counter and storage space, read on for compact options.
