She doesn’t travel much these days, but I bet she could trouble-shoot for her over the phone! I swear, she keeps teaching me how to use my iphone and just gave her old ipad to my husband (because she bought a new one) and proceeded to teach him everything he needed to know about it. She has a PC, as well. I’ll ask her if she’d be willing to trouble-shoot over the phone for a good cause. She helps all her friends.
