James ‘L.B.’ Brown was not edgy chic and he didn’t have a discerning palate.

His death drew very little attention, but each life has meaning, L.B. deserves acknowledgement.

L.B. was extremely obese, the classification that excedes morbidly obese parameters. In the United States 6% of the population live with the diagnosis, victims of physical and emotional trauma others can’t imagine.
