Let me see…..there’s just so many who lack manners today. The one I experience most often is people’s inability to say the word EXCUSE me. You’re standing in an aisle in a department store or supermarket and unbeknownst to you someone’s behind you they huff and puff and sigh but it never seems to dawn on them to say EXCUSE me please. I mean really. As a child some of the first words I was taught by my mother were thank you and excuse me. Are these words now considered to be swear words or blasphemy or maybe they are as my teenage nieces and nephews say “auntie, that was in when you were young.” While I may not be up to date with today’s youth, one thing I know for sure is that GOOD MANNERS never goes out of style!.
