I. Imagine that yoga is not for everyone, but I’ve yet to hear a single bad word about it. I’m not sure I have the patience for it, although I am intrigued.

I run a variety of half marathons and shorter races every year, and have taken up Ultimate again, but I’m not sure the benefits are exactly the same. I feel like my thoughts are clearer and crisper, if that makes any sense, and I often get my writing ideas while running, but my brain is also hyperactive. There isn’t really the tranquility or sense of wholeness that you and others describe with yoga. Or am I misinterpreting?
