I really appreciate the input of Black, Brown, and LGBTQ voters like you and Marley K., as I’m running out of any trust in the establishment. I was already iffy on Pete given both his lack of experience, and his relatively anemic support for LGBTQ under the circumstances. He also likes to bring up his Christian roots, which *shouldn’t* be a bad thing and is probably required to run for president, but is sadly questionable in our current environment.

“Moderate”…that really concerns me these days. Moderate is what we called the Right back in the ’60s and ’70s. We need someone a lot more Left (read: Moderate or Left in the ‘60s/’70s) just to re-center us. Further left on some issues like racism would be fine, too.

Buttigieg might be a nice guy; I don’t know. But I totally agree that he is far too pale for what we need right now.

Have I mentioned lately how nice it is to have you back? :-)
