I’m not a big TV watcher, so I might not be the best person to comment. From what I know about Game of Thrones, though, I can’t imagine wanting to be a part of that world. It might be the only way quicker to the grave than a traffic stop for a person of color! Nasty show. (Of course, I agree that there’s no good reason for a fantasyland to deliberately cut out black people.)

My jaw hit the floor, though, at how you’ve described Confederate, and I can’t seem to get it back to my face. Are they kidding? In 2017??? Have we lost all sense of decency? My only hope is that it will include super-sharp social commentary where the black characters are so obviously superior to the white ones, packed with sarcasm, innuendos and such. The big problem with that is that it will fly right over the head of most of the viewing public (whites, at least) and provide daydream fodder for today’s ever-increasing KKK and wanna-be’s.
