Um, wow? I don’t know whether to be more impressed by all of your pointless (within the context) research, or more amazed at how you completely missed her point. I’m not going to explain it for you, since she did a pretty good job and you missed it anyway. I’ll just note that she’s right (I can confirm it because I’m white and have observed it directly many times, so no statistics needed). Interesting how you speak from the perch of your lily-white, almost-all male law firm (like most law firms) but want us to believe that race (heck, sexism too?) isn’t a thing anymore.
