Yup! I used to tolerate the occasional run, but since the diagnosis five years ago I’ve become a frequent half-marathoner. I still don’t like running distances, but doing it with a couple of friends helps immeasurably. You might also consider a team sport like Ultimate, which does a great job of distracting you from the fact that you’re exercising even though you’re running the entire time!
