This is a nice way to visually lead people to become better managers. It also reflects the methods of two distinct cultures: Dominance, which is authoritarian and is the higher having power over the lower and Partnership, which is authoritative and empowers everyone to achieve. This paradigm is presented in “Whole Systems Change: A Framework & First Steps in Social/Economic Transformation” by Riane Eisler, Center for Partnership Studies.
