6 Tips for moving up in your career

There is a saying that, It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop. I think this one line is explaining everything but there is still a need of elaboration. There are 6 tips that I came across related to our career as a professional and I shared those with my professional friends and their response was very positive and they were showing a lot of gratitude. Those 6 tips are the following,

1. Put your time in: Everyone starts out doing grunt work till trust is proven

2. Don’t talk badly about the company or about your boss

3. Take control of your relationship with your boss and team members

4. Find a mentor and manage the relationship strategically

5. Join a professional body and build your network

6. Embrace change and reflect on what you are learning daily
