In this session we mainly discussed about the transformation of us from campus to corporate. And we also discussed about how the corporate world works. The change which we need to build in ourselves are important because this change can occur anytime . We want to be ready for everything anytime.

The significance of customer experience- Companies will have a beneficial influence on customer loyalty, higher retention rates, and higher revenue growth if they place more emphasis on customer experience strategy.

Operational excellence is crucial- Benefits of operational excellence give your staff the knowledge of what has to be done and the freedom to decide without consulting their manager. This indicates they’ll be able to address difficulties on their own, yet it doesn’t preclude discussing problems with the supervisor.
