Be more productive by using Eisenhower matrix
The Eisenhower matrix is a powerful tool for time management. It helps you to decide on and prioritize your task based on urgency and importance while sorting out less urgent and less important tasks.
We named it Urgent-important matrix too. This visual method of time management splits tasks into four quadrants to help us prioritize the order of completion. All the boxes are labelled each with specific action point: do, decide, delegate or delete.

When we know which activities are important and which are urgent, we can overcome the natural tendency to focus on unimportant urgent activities, so that we can clear enough to do what’s essential for ourselves/our success.
I always face many difficulties in time management. Most of the time i have to done huge amount of work in shorter time.In these situations i feel like my mind is stuck, due to this reason i missed many important tasks.
As we all know that, “Time isn’t the main thing. It is the only thing” By Miles Davis
So it was always hurt me when my important tasks are left instead of unimportant tasks.
So According to Eisenhower matrix, i organized my important and unimportant, urgent and not urgent but important tasks in a matrix. After using this matrix, my daily routine is quite up to date. My work is getting organized.I’ll definitely use this technique from now on.
My Eisenhower matrix

I hope my life/my daily routine will become well organized due to this technique…
