Every Time I Don’t Shut up, it’s Revolution : How to start breaking the bias in the workplace.
The Singing Tech

Dear Gail, Great article. Thank you. You speak to courage, commitment and the wisdom to step back and sense into a constructive approach that can be heard.

I have one further suggestion. Women can find/create allies in the workplace, with both women and men. We can use the research and data to support the need for change and perhaps open some doors, but the direct , named, experience with our peers of how a feminine+masculine approach helps collaboration, communications, flexibility and creativity can open eyes and promote long-term change directly. Perhaps then the next time a woman is ignored in a meeting, peers will have a ‘oh that’ moment and speak up in support.
