I like your mindset around changing the narrative around soft skills/hard skills. Soft skills are said to be even more critical than hard skills these days. I’m in engineering (used to be), and they say, anyone can get a degree but it’s harder to find people who are the right fit/have the right personality/soft skills. Do you think it’s the label that makes people downplay “soft” skills or could it just be a shift in your/their narrative to realize it’s importance despite the label?
