Shipit At ICO Summit Kazan

On April 10, our team had a pleasure to visit ICO Summit Kazan in Innopolis. 20+ speakers. 15+ Token Sale projects. 10k $ prize for the winner of ‘Pitch Your ICO’ competition.

A relatively small event, especially compared to the previous one, still useful though. We participated in ‘Pitch Your ICO’; Iskander — our CEO — gave a very impressive 3 minute speech and probably it was the most well-paced and well-structured one.

Unlike other pitches given in the same room, ours was not intensely questioned. One of the judges — Dr. Alex Kosik — only asked whether Shipit was going to pre-screen the travelers for safety purposes. Yes, KYC procedures are a must if the project’s goal is to build a safe and reliable service. We take security issue very seriously and that is why we have designed a very thorough system of security measures that are going to be implemented by Shipit. We are going to publish an article on that soon. Stay tuned.

We did not manage to get to the next round of the competition, although several judges later on praised our vision and how well-thought-out our project is. Well, you cannot possibly sweep all the boards every time.

Still, we look forward to the next roadshow and prepare, prepare, prepare.
